Creating a Maling List with some form of CC or other cover.?

I'm running a mailing list and I need to modify it so that when I send an E-Mail out to the list using the group I've created people can only see their own E-Mail adress. Also is it possible to create some form of auto-forwarding so E-Mails to the adress is automatically forwarded to a certain group.

1. Bulk email can only show all of no addresses. The addresses in the BCC field are hidden. The TO and CC field will show. To only have one addressee showing you need a program that will send a separate email to each. The only program that I know of that can probably do it is Microsoft Outlook. A separate email program requires Yahoo Mail Plus. ✩
