Need webmaster for mailing list/form help!?

I am trying to add a form to my website that allows people to sign up for a mailing list. I then need this data to be downloadable and available to me in a spreadsheet so I can convert into labels. Are there any software/freeware programs that will do this for me? I want the end product to be downloaded into Excel if possible? Thanks in advance.

1. I would either have a database to store the information then I could export it later into a text, and I believe an excel file (been awhile). Or..You could use XML information and write a XML file that you just grab whenever you need it. Just have the XML code format the data into a text file on the server then copy and paste into excel for labels. I'm sure theres a better solution.
