Is there a quick way to add a pull-down list of US states in a GoLive form?

If there's a code that can be copied and pasted to add it, that would be even better!

1. Hi, There is a Java script that will automatically give you a drop down menu for all US states. I forget the name of it, but I believe it can be had from Matt's Script Archive. Many forms are using this script today, so finding it should be easy. I believe the name of the actual file is States.js Hope this helps
