how import messenger list to my address book ?

i donot have yahoo masenger . i can not instal and log on to any masenger becous i use lan internet that my administrator do not allow me to use yahoo messenger or any web messenger but i need my yahoo messenger list to import to my yahoo email address book how can i do this ? thank ali reza

1. yahoo messenger contact email address are automatically save in yr yahoo mails address..it just depends to yr contact whether they enabled to show their email address or not.if they enabled,you will see their name and email address in yr yahoo mail address book.but if they dont enable it, you can only see their name without email address in yr address book.get what i mean?
