Any recommendations of books on the New York Times List that have 200-250 or 200-300 pages somewhere around there and are good books. If not atleast something interesting and keeps you hooked. I'm a teen in highschool so not shakespearan or financial crap for example and something I can understand. HAS TO BE NEW YORK TIMES BESTSELLER!!!!! thanks

- I would recommend "The Catcher in the Rye" for you even though it was written some time ago by J.D. Salinger, it is still the best book about high school and society, and it is not at all boring. I have read it several times throughout the years.
- Dean Koontz has a few on the bestsellers and I think he is awesome. Light, humerous, yet dark and scary. Easy reads to because the newer ones cut straight to the chase.
- check out a book called Skin by Ted Dekker. its supposedly christian fiction, but its subtle, i barely picked up on it intense storyline, intense plot twists its got kind of a sci-fi element if you're into that kinda stuff
- Khaled Hosseini's Kite Runner. TW K
- Twlighit - Stephenie Meyer AMAZING BOOK triliogy
