1. Look it up. I doubt it, because China is purportedly a communist country. I say that because it acts like a straight up capitalist one.
2. Probably... btw, China does NOT act like a capitalist state. There are areas in China that have their on economic rights... such as Hong Kong where 100,000s of American corporations have moved in. These areas do not reflect the whole of China.
