How do you add a Http: address as a reference AND a Reference List to a Wiki article?

Someone who has actually edited a Wiki article might know, cuz that's not the answer.

1. It's the same as footnoting in a scholarly paper for college. Number your references in brackets after your quotations, e.g. (1) (2) , then in your footnotes (source box) number the source, e.g. (1) http://, etc.; (2) Http://wiki, etc.
