What does "Active-Cont. Remove" mean on a real estate listing?

The listing used to say "Active", now it says "Active-Cont. Remove". What does that mean?

1. There now is an active contract so remove from listing.
2. Active means people can still preview the home and "cont" means they have an offer but it is contingent until contingency is removed.
