How do I send a group mailing to about 150 e-mail addresses without the group list becoming public knowledge?

I have a yahoo mail account. I want to send an announcement without the people receiving it seeing the complete list of who it was sent to. I have listed them all one by one before but is there a way that I can do it in bulk?
