If you were a total nerd you could use a kitchen scale to weigh the sample and see the total weight of powder used. Note how much it takes to get desired look, as well as ease of use, consistency, and appearance once on the eye. 6. Record all observations 7. Using data (observations) determine which brand is the best. OK it was a silly example, but hope it helps.
