how would i go about getting a free listing of available real estate for a non profit business?

I am seeking a building that could be used for an independent living facility i San Diego County. Must be at least 60,000 square feet.I have been all over the web and am having trouble locating such a location. How can I get a free listing?

You would find them listed under HUD. At times certain Non-profit organizations can get special prices and mortgages for the sale of these type government properties. As you are driving around you might make if a habit of jotting down the address and telephone number of vacant commercial buildings for lease or sale. If this is not something you are seeking tell the commercial real agent you speak with what you are seeking and get advice on where to find what you are seeking.   2. There will not be many like that, that large and zoned to live in. You will need a real estate agent, they should supply you with a list free of charge.
