1. Its a book of almost a how to assisted suicide for the terminally ill. I haven't read it only heard of it, but i know the authors wife committed suicide during a loosing battle with cancer
2. Gee... maybe because it details ways to commit suicide? Easy, simple ways that are mostly painless. They are supposed to be for terminally ill people, but the methods in the book can be used by anyone. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Final_Exit Raven
