Where would I obtain lists of LOCAL Brides to be?

I've looked on the internet and found National lists but I am a makeup artist and looking to find LOCAL Brides to be only. Where can I get this information? Thanks Why? As I stated I am a makeup artist and would like to extend my services to prospective Brides.

1. Why? If you dont mind my asking? Go to bridal shows in your area. They always have sign ups for the brides, and you can get names that way.
2. Look in your local Sunday paper. They usually have a section for engagement announcements.
