whats the best spec laptop for running the internet fastest?

I am currently using my girlfriends laptop to run my business from. However its hard drive is chocker block full with her stuff and the internet on it is so slow its unbelievable. Ive got a virgin wireless connection. I am looking to buy a lap top purly for my business. It needs to be able to run the internet at its fastest. What spec would do this for me.
