All my songs got deleted when i update to latest version of itunes

When i updated to the latest version of itunes my songs got deleted on my ipod and in my music folder.Is there any way to get them back??? If it helps I use Limewire to get my music

1. They are there, don't worry. Import music and it will help you search for them. Or just search from your start menu and find the folder where they wound up.
