What is the best software out there to create business mailing lists and to print off from them.?

I'm starting another small business and am looking for some software that creates customer and mailing lists. If possible I would like one that can be integrated into other business software as the outlook for this business is very good and huge growth is a pretty sure thing. Does anybody out there have some suggestions on this type of software? I would greatly appreciate any guidance you can offer. Thank you for your time.

1. hmm? i use http://www.constantcontact.com but you need a website for that eventually. if you have a brick and mortar, you can have people sign up for a newsletter by leaving their email address written on a sheet of paper while you build your client list. if you have a website, hosting companies come with a mailing list feature or program that they give you to use.
2. I worked with a program called "ACT" a couple of years ago. It is expensive, but will do all you want it to, and more. It can be interfaced with most billing programs, It does mailing, contact manager, has email capabilities, and is relatively easy to use. you can set it up to suit your business and it can grow with your business. And before you think I am selling it, I'm not. I just liked the program when I used it. They use to have a website, you might want to look it up. It was "Act.com" and it is a Contact Manager program/ Good Luck
