With so-called terror watch-lists (millions of blacklisted Americans) does this create 2nd class citizenship?

especially since these lists will be shared with domestic businesses and obviously government entities with instructions on how to handle the "threat"

2. "So called" ? That's UNAMERICAN of you. Terrorists aren't second class citizens. They're not even PEOPLE. They're filth. DIRT.
3. Of course it does. Not only second class citizens of this country but of other countries too. Nelson Mandela was on the list.
4. Some people are not terrorists that are being put on these lists. This is wrong and how do you ever correct something like that...
