Besides YahooGeocities what are the top 5 sites that host and allow us to build our own free websites?

I'm looking for tried and tested ones please, not necessarily Google's top five. And I'm not talking about blogs.

2. www.freewebs.com www.google.com (see "Sites") www.myspace.com www.facebook.com ? Sorry, i only got 4... But I used google and it works AWESOME!
3. My personal favorite is Freewebs (www.freewebs.com). Well, I guess it's just "Webs" now... Anyway, it's intuitive, easy to use, has plenty of features, and the final product looks pretty good. Sorry, but I haven't used anything else. Freewebs is all I've needed.
