Then does Yahoo answers update the sections top 10 List?

The section I like to hang out in (China) has not had its top 10 list updated for like a couple of months now. I thought YA! updated them like every week.

1. The Top 10 list have been broken for many months. YA has basically said, when you see them update, you will know we figured out how to fix them. At the earliest, it will happen during the next sitewide update, time frame unknown.
