1. So you want to give away your movie ideas so someone can make a $100 million dollar profit and not even give you a penny for your idea? I somehow doubt that there is such a web site.
2. None - write your treatment, story or script and copyright it. THEN go usual channels to try and sell it - talent agency, movie studios, your wife's friend who knows a guy who knows a guy, etc. Putting your ideas on a website is an invitation to have them "borrowed", distorted and exploited.
3. Ideas are worth absolutely nothing!!!!! Here's an idea: After an skiing accident costs him a leg, a championship skier must learn to conquers his handicap before he can conquer the slopes again. Everyone has ideas. You can't copyright them and you can't sell them. You need to write the script out before anyone will look at them.
