Finding people in a certain area that have a certain type of car?

I work at a shop were we specialize in european cars. We want to send out letters to people in a 10 miles radius of us that own a Euro car. How would we go about getting a list like that? At one point you could go to the DMV and purchase a list, but we were looking for some place that could actually do the direct mailing for us if possible.

1. Long tail keywords in website optimization is always the best way to locate people through visitor tracking. So whenever you optimize for a keyword with a name of the place and the product you have, say euro cars, search engine user who respond to your keyword approach will be listed as visitor through their iP address and you will be able to know any profile about them.
