I typed in all my Christmas card list in Word mail merge. I want to print the book now - labels later. How?

I have read Help topics on internet but still can't apply to me.

The best way would be to save the names and addresses to an Excel table, and create the letters and labels separately though mail merge, with both documents pointing to that Excel file as the data source. That way you can load and save just the letters, and then do the labels later, but from the same source information.
