how much do paypal charge to sell a £1500 article and listing fees?

- paypal is not ebay - you don;t list things for sale at Paypal, unless you set up a website and use their shopping cart - if you sell on ebay, you will have ebay listing fees, sales commission and then if you take payment with paypal, you will have their charge also - all the fees are spelled out at the respective websites
- My dad tried to sell a £1500 designer chair for his mate. It didn't sell and he was charged £150 from ebay for listing it.
- You need to work this out for yourself, because no-one here will know whether you intend using any upgrades for your listing, or whether you are selling a car or an 'ordinary' item. The 'ordinary' eBay listing and final value fees are here http://pages.ebay.co.uk/help/sell/fees.html the motor fees are here http://pages.ebay.co.uk/help/sell/motorfees.html and the PayPal fees are here https://www.paypal.com/uk/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_display-receiving-fees-outside&countries= (PayPal fees to accept a payment of £1500 will be £51.20)
