- most bigger towns, (or you could go on Craig's list) have fancy, upscale thrift shops, which will have suits, prom dresses, etc, they usually only have the least used, high quality, latest styles, etc., Good hunting, and I hope you have a nice and safe prom experience!

- It depends what you want. If you're looking for a short dress, just about anywhere will do you good. If you want a princess ball gown, then you'll have to buy second hand in thrift stores, yard sales, and eBay. But anything in between should be no problem. For the basics, try: Macy's Nordstrom JC Penney Sears Dillards Kohls But for prom only stuff online, try: http://www.promgirl.com/ http://www.debenhams.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/category_10001_10001_17627_-1 (don't be afraid to shop from the UK! No one will have your dress, that can be guaranteed!) http://www.therosedress.com/Prom/Prom-Dresses.asp (this site is a little confusing but has a million dresses) http://www.tjformal.com/ http://www.cache.com/cache/control/category/~category_id=0901 http://www.simplydresses.com/ http://www.elegantmart.com/ http://www.serendipityprom.com/prom.php And look around for last year's dresses and sales. I also suggest that if you find a dress you like, Google the designer and item number (usually listed in bold at the top). You might be able to find a better deal. Shopping around last year, I could get some dresses up to 50 off just by buying it from somewhere else. But be careful, because shipping might be more on one site than other. Always check the size charts for different brands. It's better to go up a size and get it altered than have a too tight dress. Tasteless. Oh, and leave some money left over for alterations because a dress looks one hundred times better when it fits you perfectly.
- http://www.formalxchange.com has lots under $200. Some are gorgeous! Check them out and see what you think!
