is there any public listing for RCMP officer's e-mail address?

I would like to contact one that has dealt with me in the past, and recently came to my house when I was having a rough time. I just wanted to apologize for not coming to the door, I hadn't realized it was him and I didn't feel like talking to just anybody. But i feel too embarrassed to leave him a voice mail. I tried the standard form that RCMP uses, but for some reason it kept coming back to me. (the reason he dealt with me in the past was to investigate various crimes i've committed, that's why i feel embarrassed)

2. I would just call and leave him a voicemail. I don't know why you would be embarrassed.
