Is there an IPO listing out there?

I work for a financial company that mails proxy materials for shareholders, and was wondering if there is a service or a public listing out there that shows which companies will become publicly traded whether its on an exchange or the OTC. We would like to proactively get in touch with the companies and tell them about our services at the beginning of their transition to becoming public. There are a lot of rules and regulations a company that becomes public must follow and we want to make sure they are guided in the right direction by offering our services to them. If any one has an idea or can point me in the right direction it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

  1. no. no lending. no money. no ipo. no problem.
  2. Yeah, there are a couple of good sites out there that will tell you what IPO's are coming up on the calendar, although they have dried up recently. I've listed them below. I prefer IPOHome.com.
