  1. call the cops and your bank - that man has your checking information and your social security number and your birth date. i would probably contact the social security office too. i mean, with all that information, he could totally ruin your life. he can open all kinds of credit cards, take out loans loans, commit check kiting - all under your info. that means that goes on your credit and when you have messed up credit that affects getting school loans, car loans, phones, utilities, a house, an apartment. and that stays with you forever, even if it wasn't your fault. so that means, by that time, in order for you to rebuild your credit, it will probably be too late to get it wiped off as fraud and you will end up having to pay up to hundreds of thousands of dollars in bad debt that wasn't even your fault. Again, call: 1) your bank 2) the cops 3) the social security office. explain to all of them what happened...they are willing to work with you. they don't want people like that skeezy man out there doing this to people. *the social security office may put a red flag for fraud on your credit, but believe me it is way easier than to have to pay off $125,000 or whatever off in bad debt that you didn't even commit.
