How do you put buttons to your most frequently needed sites onto the top bar in Internet Explorer 7?

I know how to put things into my favourites - but I've seen people with button leading to sites arranged across the top. Do you know how to do that in Internet Explorer 7? Thank you!

Put the bebsite u like in favourites>Links you can alsom make folders in links for example a folder called games websites if you press on it it shows menu for the websites you added EAgames.com Rockstargames.com...etc and the right click in the top links keep presing it then drag it so in steps to make it easy : 1- add websites to Links 2-right clock on the top to display lonks toolbar 3-keep presing in and drag it 4- right click "lock the tool bars"

3. Hey,dear~~ I think you should get rid of IE. My friend alway ask me to fix their crazy IE. But, I tell them IE is not good to use. IE is unstable, error prone, and insecure.
