How do I get off a spammers e-mailing list?

I think my ex-girlfriend may have signed me up for some sort of crap spammers list. I get like 10 e-mails a day on my business e-mail yahoo account about viagra and all sorts of other crap. I flag them and add them to the spam folder, however each time the e-mails are sent from a different user. Any idea how I stop this. I can't really delete the account because I have to keep it open for some pending e-mails I am expecting.

1. If you look at the bottom of the email, in tiny print there should be a link that says unsubscribe or remove from list. Click the link and follow the directions. Some of them take up to ten days to remove you, and the downfall is you might have to do this more than once. It is the only way if you can not change your email address. good luck. It took me about a month to get them to stop.
2. You can either select those mails and mark them as spam or u can open that mail and u will find the "unsubscribe" word somewhere end of the mail u can click on that and unsubsribe it . u won't get those mails again.
