What are some top shopping sites for cute clothing? Im 21 years old.?

Hey Im 21 yrs. old in grad school. I am turning 22 soon and I need to purchase an outfit online for my party. I dont want anything too dressy. Im into the whole jeans, pumps, and a cute shirt look, with a lot of accessories. I am about a size 10. If you know any sites let me know, anything will help. I don't have any sites in mind. A dress would be cute too. I like the baby phat look but not the price.
