Is it required to read your high school's suggested reading list over the summer?

I'm going to enter English AP this fall and I have to read the Three Musketeers as an assignment. Is this required for this class?

Definitely required. They will bombard you with questions about the books during the year, and if you didn't read it, jokes on you.
I would. I mean the whole purpose of the class is to get you to read and become a stronger reader.

Yes, because reading the school's suggested reading material is said to prepare you for the next academic year and boost your reading level. Also, kids who don't read the material that they should usually start out slower than others who read what they should.
i would read it... they might give you a test on it when you return from summer break!
