what are the top 3 sites to purchase iraqi dinar?

im thinking about investing in iraqi dinar, but there are so many websites that offer the purchase of the currency. I want to know which three are the best, most reliable and legitimate sites to make such a purchase?

1. There is no "legitimate" site. Professionals don't buy the Iraqi Dinar. Retail clients do... because they have no currency experiance & think the "story" makes sense. Do you buy stocks with no understanding of the company? Do you think you should buy gold because someone says it has to go up? Of course you don't........ so why would you chase the Dinar?
2. If you have freinds or family in the military in Iraq that would be the best option. There are plenty of frauds and scam sites, you can probably google iraqi currency reviews and find sites telling you who's legit. Travelex and ICE do foreign currency but have a big markup. Ebay is a pretty good place.
