These are just the 10 greatest I've seen, in my opinion. Some of the modern ones I love are The Departed, The Assassination of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford, Mulholland Drive... There are many newer movies. I have a top 400 List! Haha.

- Old. Are you telling us that you haven't seen a film better than City Lights in 77 years? You need to watch some newer films.
- I like most of those movies don't get me wrong. buts its kinda funny that you only have 1 comtemporary film on there.
- mine are 10. No Country For Old Men 9. Scarface 8. The Departed 7. Toy Story 6. Indiana Jones and the Raiders of the Lost Ark 5. Citizen Kane 4. The Dark Knight 3. Rocky 2. Star Wars Episode 5: Empire Strkes back 1. The Godfather
- Haven't seen any of these movies... What is the question actually? Well either way I love historical movies that include war and love. For some reason I am the only one that likes the movie : 'The messenger, the story of Jeanne d'Arc' so much! Because It's so intense and realistic with an ending of death. And ofcourse because Desmond Harrington is in that movie. Well I was really impressed by Kill Bill too. Strange choice for a girl huh? Bye x
- Its an interesting list, far different from mine, though I have seen far less older films than you have I'd think.. 1Fight Club(1999) 2Pulp Fiction (1994) 3The Big Lebowski (1998) 4The Godfather (1972) 5The Shawshank Redemption (1994) 6The Silence of the lambs (1991) 7One Flew over the cuckoo’s nest(1976) 8Leon (1994) 9Se7en (1995) 10A Clockwork Orange (1971) The year of 1994 was a good one for movies imo, you have The Shawshank redemption, Pulp Fiction, Leon, Forrest Gump (though i havent seen it its supposed to be good), The lion King (nothing brilliant but prety good. Also 1995 not bad: The Usual suspects, Se7en, Braveheart, Heat, Toy Story. Also then theres 1999: Fight Club, American Beauty, The matrix (nothing great imo but its rated by other people), Magnolia (Again, havent seen it but it is supposed to be good) A nice list overall, I must get onto seeing some of the older ones..
