- I am Legend....defineetly!
- The Stand The Shining Needful Things The Mist One of his short story series
- I Am Legend Carrie It The Gingerbread Girl The Long Road Home
- Needful Things Carrie Dolores Claiborne Hearts in Atlantis The Green Mile I have quite a few books of his. My pride is the popup book, The Girl Who Loved Tom Gordon. Not many know about this book and its still wrapped in plastic with no price tag :)
- My novels-only list (inlcuding short stories would make it TOO complicated): The Stand IT The Green Mile The Shining Salem's Lot And BTW, Stephen King did **not** write I Am Legend.
- First off, Richard Matheson (King's favorite writer) wrote I Am Legend. My five: The Shawshank Redemption The Body The Green Mile Skeleton Crew (short story collection) Pet Sematary (as you can see, I prefer his general fiction over his horror; I'm not a big fan of horror ; pet sematary is the only horror story on that list)
- 1. Misery 2. The Shining 3. Cujo 4. Nightmares and Dreamscapes (short stories) 5. Four Past Midnight ( 4 stories in one book- including The Langoliers and The Library Police) I think the older stuff is better/scarier. Some of the newer stuff seems kinda too out there for me.
- The Stand is a must read although it is long. The Green Mile and The Cell come right behind it. I guess I only have 3 favs by him. I have generally liked his books but have not liked his movies.
- This is a tough question, cause I like them all so much. But here we go: 1. The Dark Tower Series ( I know it's actually seven books) 2. The Stand 3. Insomnia 4. It 5. Firestarter (NOT the movie, only the book) BTW: Richard Matheson wrote I am Legend, not King
