- How would you like it to go?
- yes, i dont get what is so spesh about twighlight
- I know, I know. That's celebrity for you, though. Seem to think that everybody wants to know about their lives in great, printed detail. And the best sellers list says it all... They obviously do want to know. Such a shame. The Twilight thing got way overblown and out of hand. I have a feeling the Twilight era is to be with us for some time to come. Hopefully I'm wrong..
- Gets really boring don't it! Surely there are other books far worthy of a place.
- no i haven't noticed because i read Jodi Picoult and she is always a top seller
- It's the beginning of an Idiocracy.
- Please - don't give Twilight that much success. The critics panned it. The list I usually see has Dean Koontz, Stephen King, and James Patterson always on the top. And right now Janet Evanovich is number one on the New York Times bestseller list.
- It is more like: Twilight Colector's edition twilight new moon new moon paperback ect... That is how it was when I last checked barnes and noble. It is quite sad when I want to find a good book on the bestseller list and my hopes are crushed by twilight (which i have read and didn't enjoy btw) I truly wish every one would stop fighting about twilight though :( it is getting rather annoying
- i thinks twilights a great book and so is harry potter but to all the fans that only started to read the book after they saw the movie, i suggest to try reading something before the movie comes out cause that kinda lame if ur only a fan cause u saw the movie and uve never even heard of the book before. real sad. and ps saw the movie and hated it
- No, not really. :)
- sometimes Bridges of Madison County is in there
- Just because stephanie meyer has actually made a master peice and you are too pathetic to appreciate it, or do anything decent except for whinge about stupid stuff. I think Twilight, New Moon, Eclipse and Breaking Dawn are good books for your information!
- I'm glad that twilights at the top...in my opinion it deserves it. But hey I know that not everyone feels that way. I'm a bit annoyed myself actually that people are just getting into twilight since the film came out. However all these celebrity biographies bore me to death. I mean some of them are interesting...I suppose. But you can totally tell that most of them are just a publicity stunt, to get themselves more money & fame. And I have to admit I'm much more drawn to the world of fantasy, than to real life, but that could just be me. I would happily take a good long novel over a biography anyday. Though I won't say this about all biographies, Richard Branson I have to admit was pretty good & so was Walt Disneys & of course lets not forget the legendary Diary Of a young girl By Anne Frank.
- Haha,unfortunately...Seems like nowdays reading is nothing but another trend.
- Yeah, I know... only because half of the world's population are ignorant. I'm sorry, that may sound completely conceited and somewhat wrong, but I can't help but notice that people just go with the flow. I mean just knowing that a book is popular they either go off and LOVE it imitating others without knowing the content, the morals or anything about the book as a matter of fact, or they just blindly HATE it... it's exactly like tagging your photos in Flickr. So yeah, before loving something or hating it take some time and actually read it, if you like -notice I said like- it then good for you, if you don't then good for you. And I'm talking about real books that are worth reading, not an immoral, idiotic, purple prose. Honestly, half the Twilighters haven't bothered to read anything else, I vividly recall questions from various users on here saying that they just read them and when they finish they start reading them again and again and again... jeez give it a rest already! I'm a Harry Potter fan, you know that Jam, I've read the books about millions of times, right?! But I also read other material, not just Harry Potter over and over and over again! I wonder how they don't get bored! So yes, in my opinion people do need to set their facts right, either read something that's worth reading or just don't bother. Reading empty magazines, puerile books and insipid material will not benefit them, it would be a waste of time.... basically. Oh and pathetic autobiographies get on my nerves! I really hate them! :D
- I suggest you read David M's answer.
- I'm alright with the way the first four go, but i get what u mean there are so many celeb biography and they all go on the same way... i had a hard life but if you try hard enough you can achieve anything... blah blah blah! i mean good for them but.....
- Yep, my friend is one of those losers that just buy bios. The twilight books are good, but i think theres too much fuss over it tbf.
- Yea because Twilight is the best book ever The autobiographys suck XD
- i know thats interesting.
- yeah its kinda bad. I do love twilight alot though , i just dont understand theese celebrity autobios , well i do , but theyre not always all that great x
