My dad rents from Chappy's which is American Rental now, they threatened to beat him up, what can he do? Legal

My parents rent from Chappy's Rent To Own in Indiana which is now American Rental. Well, they were late on their payment. My mom called to talk to them and they said it was fine, but then went out to my parents house and threatened to beat up my dad. Well, he was gonna fight them and they kept threatening him and getting smart with him about things even though they were gonna pay them, they were just a little late. Isn't there something you can do as a customer when a business threatens you like that? I mean I don't think that's a good business. They even used deragatory comments about family members we listed on the application. What can we do legally?

1. Sure, send the stuff back, stop paying for it and swear out a warrant, call the better business bureau. Tell the offenders that if they set foot on the property, they will be shot. Oh, wait, that might not be legal in Indiana, it is here in Georgia.
2. I think this question is a crock. No business is gonna send out goons to threaten someone with violence.
