e-mail marketing help and traffic help!?

i know a couple of free mailing list software's and i have couple hundreds of random people on it, but how do i get the mails of my potential targets? because my current mailing list is just of random people and i'd say 100% of them aren't my target YES THANK YOU IMISIDRO I ALREADY KNOW THAT my question is how can they subscibe

People love knowing secrets and tips so you can offer them content. You could say something like "Subscribe to our VIP list to know secrets on ..." Or if you are in sales, you can give coupons.
