How do I view the lists of ingredients for the rainbows in Harvest Moon: Tree of Tranquility?

So far, I have Daren and Ben's lists of ingredients for their rainbows, but I don't know how to view the lists. How do I view them? Thanks in advance.

1. They'll be in your menu, which you open by holding down the C button (as opposed to just tapping C, which instead opens the rucksack). You should be able to scroll through the menu pages with the D-pad arrows until you get to one called "Story Items." You can view recipes there. Or, if you just need the lists...
