When does the Top 10 Answers numbers change?

If I have 947 Best Answers shown on My Profile, why does it still say only 357 in the Top 10 list?

1. Don't know, never paid any attention to points or best answers I just answer questions as best I can.
2. yahoo hasn't updated the top ten leaderboard in about a year. They say they are working to fix it.... but are extremely slow to do so.
3. It is supposed to change every monday, but, as you have seen, it may have been months since that happened
