Need advice on a flyer?

I want to start a business where I sell other peoples items on eBay. Please let me know what you think of the flyer. One question I have is the top of the flyer it says, "Sell Your Items Online." Would you suggest I say, "We Sell Your Items Online."? Because I want them to know exactly what my business when the glance over at the flyer. 2. I also think that saying "Do you need money quickly?" is corny and should be omitted. What do you think? 3. How can I make it more appealing? Should I have a border to make it stand out more? 4. Would it be illegal to put these up in public places like train stations? Thanks for the advice!

1. I think #1 is great going w/ "Sell your items online" it gives the consumer a sense of power over the process and they dig that stuff. if they are intrigued they will read on and research and find out that your business does exactly that, selling the items online. anyway yeah the corny thing is right and no it is not illegal to pass out flyers but check with the city hall and see if you need a business license before you hand out flyers or after you make money from the flyers, good luck. oh yes borders and simplicity w/ conciseness is the way to go.
