When I open a tab in Safari 4 beta the Top Sites doesn't open, Help please?

When i open a new tab in Safari 4 the new Top Sites doesn't appear. I'm running Windows XP Pro if you need that info.

1. click the icon that looks like 12 squares under the back and forward buttons if that doesn't work report the bug to apple by pressing the spider beside the google search bar its still in beta there are gonna be bugs
