1. I helped plan my friend's wedding, and as we're both dancers (ballroom, mostly) we had a LOT of fun picking out songs. I'd include Save the Last Dance for Me by Michael Buble for the final dance of the evening. It's a lot of fun, and it's one of the most memorable moments from her wedding. Love Potion No. 9 is another fun one. So is L-O-V-E by Nat King Cole. Other than that, just pick songs that are special to you guys. This night is all about you!
2. Get your ipod and cds together and listen to all the songs you love. You are bound to find too many. The wedding should reflect you and your fiancée.
