Latest Lists

How can I view a list of all of my computer's hardware and the most important, vital software?

I need for the list to be in a format that I can copy and paste. A software manufacturer is working on an issue for me and they need this info.

  3. For hardware, right click on my computer then go to properties, then go to the hardware tab, then click device manager. For software, go to the control panel, then add/remove programs, you might have to switch to classic view to see the add/remove programs option the button to do that is on the right side of the window.
  4. To view all of your systems hardware click Start > Control panel > system. Once you do this click on the hardware tab and then click device manager. This will bring you a list of all the hardware installed onto your computer. Unfortunatly I don't think you can copy and paste this info. but you can print it out. Hope this helps.
  5. If its an issue, you should use a software called HijackThis. Most software issues are sorted easily through it. get it from here http://filehippo.com/download_hijackthis/
