Where can I get lists of spanish words that I can put into this freeware flash card program?

The program is here http://www.freewarefiles.com/Flash-Card-It_program_48256.html and I need lists of words to enter into it to learn Spanish. What kinds of words should I use? Do you know of anyone who already has a file built for this program or a program like it?
