How to make "Top Sites" homepage for Safari?

Is there a way to make the "Top Sites" page the homepage in Safari's new Beta 4.0 browser?

1. If you open up Safari's Preferences window, in the "General" section, there are two drop-down menus that let you choose what new windows and new tabs should show when they're first opened. Either or both of these can be set to "Top Sites". Hope that helps! :)
