Is it better to sell new to gently used clothes on ebay or Craig's List?

I've been laid off and now my significant other of eight years just got laid off. I would donate, but not under these circumstances.

  1. easier for you on your local craiglist no seller fees no postage or minimal postage but less people will see for possibly buying what you have for sale if its local
  2. Depends. If you have nice brands people would like seek out, ebay might get you more money and you don't have to go to the trouble of meeting up with someone. If you just have some old clothes that are average stuff, you might want to do craigslist. It's free to list it. But, you may not get as much money in the end.
  3. Try craigslist and then eBay. Craigslist is nice but eBay has a bigger audience so more buyers possibly.
  4. Craigslist If you choose craigslist just be prepared to deal with all the phone calls/emails depending on how you set it up. Other then that, in my experience they seem to go faster on craigslist.
  5. Honestly, I am a member of both and no one buys clothes you should just have a garage sale, sell them to an upper consignment store or just do the best thing and donate them!
  6. Try listing it for free at Craigslist or myclozet
