How can I backup my outlook express address book GROUPS- aka mailing list?

I have been searching the internet on how to backup my mailing lists in outlook express. The only thing I have been able to find is how to export an address book file-that exports my contacts, but not the groups they belong to. Can anyone help me with this? Thanks!!
