Shouldn't Blog be Regulated?

In 2008, you can't find any type of media firm or even any educated guy who haven't an web existence. Even in every news site, the Web Editor always have intention to gather endless voice on each &every particular story, afterall every newsline will become an healthy debate. Besides all of it there is a "Permalink"( Most Interesting Feedback ). Recently "Youtube" would decide to share revenue among top video blogger . Therefore Why Not We (specifically in India) recognise BLOG as a new media arm ;like~Print, TV or Radio ~ whose have had some certain guideline.

1. The purpose of blogs is for people to express their own views which may or may not be based in facts. A blog can be many things from just an online diary to an expression of view points on a particular subject or many subjects. I don't think regulation of this venue is needed. Anyone reading a blog should take the content "with a grain of salt" - in other words, they should check out the facts first before accepting what is written in a blog.
