How do I get MS Word to stop auto indenting lists?

I am typing medical reports at home, and the company wants all numbered lists to be flush with the left margin. Is there a way I can get Word to stop automatically indenting lists/bullets, so I don't have to format the tabs manually every time?

  1. Format---> Paragraph--> Identation-->key in 0 for left & right Or Format-->Bullets & Numbering-->select none
  2. Hello ,please go to format menu then select bullet and numbering then select non ander bulleted tab. I hope it helps ,don't hesitate to drop me a line ,if it doesn't make sense . Sincerely yours Mohsena
  3. Try this (Word XP (2002) and adjacent versions. Word Vista (2007) probably has something similar): 1. Right-click the first item in the list and select Bullets and Numbering. 2. Select the Numbered tab. 3. Select Customize and play with the parameters to get what you want. 4. OK out of everything. Note: These changes may affect all uses, current and future, of that style. Hope that helps.
