Does Y/A ever change the top ten lists under each category?

It seems like they abandoned doing it, I've never seen one change. A friend of mine told me he has more best answers than all but 5 of the top ten, yet his name has failed to appear !! What gives?

1. well some categorys dont upgrade, the found something wrong with them like austronimy. yahoo answers,politics and others upgrade every monday
